 Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. I am not responsible for damages caused by the postal carrier.

Refunds 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are final sale. Please contact us if your order is inaccurate or damaged upon arrival.
