At a local event, I created a Rainbow Bridge memorial wall where people could write their pet’s name and leave it behind.
What I didn’t expect…was what it would become.
Some people walked up and hesitated. You could see it in their eyes — they didn’t want to cry in public.
But with a little encouragement, they wrote the name anyway.
And in that moment, something shifted.
They allowed themselves to feel.
To honor.
To remember.
This year, people came back looking for the tags they left behind.
Not just to see them — but to reconnect with a piece of their love.
A reminder that even though they’re gone, that love never leaves us.
Where It All Began
Bloom A New You didn’t start as a business.

After losing my beloved Olivia, I found myself searching for something—anything—that could bring even a moment of comfort.
